Fundraisers/Volunteering

NUAGA has simplified
Fundraising for you!

Each family is only required to participate in two of the three fundraisers:  Randy's Good Stuff, Taco Fiesta and a Cash Raffle.  Your fundraising commitments will be tracked by the Director on your registration form. 

Randy's Good Stuff
A variety of gift items, chocolate candies, frozen foods and much more. 
Each family should sell a minimum of $125 worth of product.   Catalogs are distributed during the first week of Session 1 and each family will have at least two weeks to gather orders.  Payment is due on the date the forms are turned in.  The product will arrive aproximately 8 weeks later.

Randy's Good Stuff Pick Up Date :
Saturday, November 14
10:00 - 12:00 p.m.

**Please make arrangements if you are unable to be there that day.

NEEDED

Parents to help unload the trust at 9:00 a.m.  Items are boxed and bagged by family.  All we need to do is arrange the piles alphanumerically.  A signup sheet is on the table as you come into the gym.  Thanks for your help.  Call Kim Hanson at 354-7294 if you have any question.

PICKUP DAY:  Saturday, November 14th from 10:00 a.m. to noon.  Please make arrangements with someone in the event you are unable to pickup any frozen food items that day as NUAGA does not have a lot of freezer storage available.  Call Kim Hanson at 354-7294 with any questions.

Volunteer Hours: 

Each family is also required
to volunteer five hours every year.
 
These hours can be put in during concessions for High School/Team
meets, Taco Fiesta, Promotional events suchas ECFE Fun Fair,
Brown County Fair, and Parades
or tasks requested by the director. 
The volunteer coordinator will notify
the club of the upcoming hours
available and track your hours. 

NEW ULM TELECOM has offered NUAGA a donation of $500 in trade for delivering the new phone books to area businesses.   Contact Cheryl if you still need to get your hours in and could help deliver phone books!

 Every year NUAGA hosts an Annual Taco Fiesta which features homemade tortillas,    re-fried beans and spanish rice.  

Each family should sell a minimum of seven taco tickets.  $7.00 each.  Must pay for tickets at the time you pick them up.
Our goal is to sell 500 tickets!
